A 50% deposit is required at the time of registration, and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before the start of the event.

If you cancel more than 90 days before the trip, a 10% non-refundable fee applies. After 90 days, a 25% non-refundable fee applies. We appreciate as much notice as possible and remember, you can always transfer your spot to someone else!
