No, airfare and transport to/from airport isn’t included in the trip cost. You’ll need to book your own flights, but we’ll provide the trip dates and itinerary details to help you plan easily.

Either works! If you’re bringing your own clubs, we recommend investing in a quality travel bag to keep them safe. If you’re shipping your clubs, there are providers like Ship Sticks that are good option!

We’ll match players based on skill level. Our onboarding questionnaire will help us determine your handicap and pair you with golfers of similar experience.

We welcome players of all skill levels! Most participants have a handicap of 0–35, which helps keep the pace of play consistent and enjoyable for everyone.

We’ll coordinate all pick-up and drop-off times for golfing or activities. There’s a 15-minute grace period at meeting points to gather the group.

If you miss the scheduled transport, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to the course to avoid missing your tee time. Don’t worry—you can still join us on the course!

Nope! Participation is optional, but pricing remains the same. Just let us know in advance so we can adjust plans accordingly.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of registration, and the remaining 50% is due 45 days before the start of the event.

If you cancel more than 90 days before the trip, a 10% non-refundable fee applies. After 90 days, a 25% non-refundable fee applies. We appreciate as much notice as possible and remember, you can always transfer your spot to someone else!

The breakfasts, welcome reception champagne toast and the farewell dinner and cocktails are included. All other meals and beverages are not included. We will pre-reserve optional dinner reservations for participants to attend at their leisure.
